OnlineEd's web-based pre-license courses have been approved by the Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA), and the Washington Department of Licensing (WDL), as well as the Association of Real Estate Law Officials (ARELLO) to satisfy Washington and Oregon’s competency requirements.
The Oregon pre-license course is comprised of 150 hours of coursework, including the study of the seven basic topics of agency, contracts, real estate law, practices, brokerage, finance, and property management at a cost of $500.
The Washington Real Estate Fundamentals course features 60 hours of coursework including the study of those topics required by the Washington Department of Licensing.The Washington course cost is $184.
Upon registering for either the Oregon or Washington pre-license course, you will be assigned a primary instructor, who will be available to assist you with any questions you might have regarding course content or course navigation.The instructor will also be able to assist you in focusing on areas to study for the state-administered examination.The Oregon and Washington courses also provides free of charge bonus exam preparation materials.
The student has 240 calendar days from the time of their initial course registration to complete the course and pass the required examinations, allowing each student the opportunity to work through the material at their own pace.
